Staycation, workcation & beyond in the perfect location.

We're looking for 5 such locations with a possibility of 10-12 keys low footprint living structures, with a minimum 4 acres of land for permaculture, food forest and a common area doubling as interpretation centre.

We plan to take over green field projects as well as facility management of existing set ups or ancestral homes in rural India (the remoter the better) on collaborative, partnership or pro-bono basis, wherein our community members will be operators and inhabitants of the facility. They would not be a mere alternate living individuals, but will be meaningfully engaged in hyper local aspects of nature, culture and heritage conservation of the area. The community's business entity has proven track record of bringing paradigm shift to rural ecosystems where it has operated in the past.

Locations preferred in lower himalayan foothills, western coastal areas or adjoining area of forests.
