The Addictive Kitchen

I was always fascinated about the Travel & Living Channel in my high school days. While the other kids of my age used to talk about the newest movies or fantasy novels or sports, I always watched TLC and dreamt about the different countries, the local culture and mainly the food! This in turn led me to choose my Masters in Travel and Tourism and thanks to my parents who gave me full freedom and support to my decision. I worked in the industry for almost 3 yrs in Bangalore (my birth place) and then I got married and had to move to Chennai which was completely a new City and my new job was a Home Maker! The new city, the new job and most supportive Husband and family gave life to the next interest "Food". While I started exploring to cook, the urge of making friends in the new city led me to attend few workshops and was fortunate to meet a wonderful teacher Sona Somanath and few home bakers. The oven started running almost every alternate day and for every birthday in the family made the cakes better n better! Slowly the orders started coming from Family & Friends which gave birth to "The Addictive Kitchen".
