an Iraqi settled in India and hails from the Dulaimi family, an honorary title given for their boundless hospitality. Baghdadi BBQ is the result of Ahmad’s eagerness to introduce to the Indian palates the taste of authentic Iraqi street food. Ahmad has used the secret recipes passed down by his grandfather and adapted it to modern cooking techniques to produce the aroma and taste that would transport you to the cool environs of palm-lined oases in the midst of the scorching desert sands.
