Cafe Amin Founded in early 1950's and established in 1956 by D M Amin Saheb. Falooda.

Further in 1967 with space constraints Cafe Amin annex was opened in the year 1967 by Chief Minister Mr.Anna Durai. Cafe Amin famous for many of its dishes like Paya , Idyappam, Mutton/Chicken briyani, Tandoori varieties like Pepper Tandoori, Chicken Tikka, Chinese varieties like chilly chicken , ginger chicken. Home Made desserts like Egg Pudding, Tender coconut pudding, Sheer Kurma, China grass, Shahi Tukda, Custard and More.....

Apparently, Dad used to do the same with his Dad. Slight difference...They used to go to Cafe Amin for Falooda or Pudding (depending on the season)!
