There are many style of biriyani depends on chef who prepares it ..... actually it is a simple and easy dish to prepare .....for 1 kg of biriyani
Jus add 200 ml of oil and add whole spices of 10 gms and add 600 gm of onions + 5 green chillies till golden brown and add ginger garlic paste and cook till the smell goes off and chilli powder around 20 gms bit of turmeric and garam masala powder cook this with marinated chicken and tomatoes add 500 to 600 ml of water and close and cook ....... don't forget to add salt .....
Simultaneously u should have started boiling the water by adding 2 bay leaf in it and add enf salt to cook the rice 60% done .....rice should be soaked minimum 60 mins....
For marinating the chicken add 1kg chicken with 100 ml of Curd + ginger garlic paste and a bit of chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

Thai fried rice .... chicken satay and fish cakes ....
