Happy New Year to you allll...yess I know its a little late but guys,New year nite had been hectic...from an imp private beach house party on ECR to an apartment nite catering at Besant nagar to The Military New Year bash at Golf course...it was funn,catering for all of them.Thank you 2014...for giving us a bang on start right from day one.....

Just 8 hours of notice,Food & Beverages for 40 high profile guests,28 items in the menu,4 cooks,6 service boys and my adamant stubborn nature to finish this yet another catering order succesfully.....they are all happily enjoying the meal now at MRC nagar,and im sitting in the comfort of my chair,coffee in my hand,waiting for tomorrow to come...and now im gonna tempt you all more with the Menu of the Day:)

Eight years into Catering,then starting up our own restaurant -SINGH'S,to becoming a Consultant-Hotels,it has been a pleasant journey so far and a contented one at that.......but today a different kind of joy engulfs me-when one of my cooks(trained in our kitchen,he had joined a star hotel in Chennai)has opened up a small Restaurant of his own,all by himself:)....Wow!!!!life is actually worth living,especially when I see these cooks of mine,turn into chefs and finally as entrepreneurs......God!!tussi great ho......
