Ever had those late night sleepovers where you and your friends get together and make a big tub of Maggi with all of Mummy’s ingredients and leave the kitchen looking like the ending scene of Reservoir Dogs? After one too many late nights, and experimenting with all that was in my kitchen, I eventually got good at adding anything to milk’s ultimate leap towards immortality, Cheese. There’s this f

amous Gujju saying that roughly translates into “If you’re good at something, never do it for free” and after about two long philosophical showers later, I decided I’m going to open a Pasta Stall and never pay for food again. Of Course, I’m going to charge everybody else, and become freakin’ rich. Another shower and a Cadbury Silk later - because Shubh kaam karne se pehle, kuch meetha khana Chahiye, also a very famous Gujju saying - I opened a Pasta stall with amazing, lighter-than-air Garlic Bread. Without further escalation and build up like the next Batman/Superman Movie, come check my food out because there’s one last Gujju saying - “I make awesome pasta, come get your grub on”.
