Vanilla cake soaked with coffee syrup /coffee buttercream frosting and salted caramel sauce topped with roasted almond praline

Ciabatta sandwich bread..an Italian flat bread
made with strong bread flour,has a crisper crust and more open texture

Used
360ml luke warm water
7gm instant dry yeast
30ml olive oil
450gm bread flour(used twf flour)
10gm salt

Mix water,yeast,salt,oil and flour
Mix really well till everything is nicely combined
Cover with a cling film/lid/cloth,rest it for 30 min
Do 4-6 stretch and fold in a gap of 30 min
After last stretch and fold,sprinkle little flour on the baking dish,lined with parchment paper.
Shape the dough roughly into a rectangle shape
Rest for 1 hour

Preheat the oven for 10 min at 230C
Drizzle little olive oil over the dough
Place the baking tray inside the oven
Bake at 230 C for 10 min initially
Lower the temperature to 210C and bake for 22 min.
After taking out the loaf,might feel little hard,but as it cools becomes very soft
Cool and cut into slices and enjoy
