Sheher ke shor-sharabe se door, ek aisa kona hai jahan khushbu apne aap logo ko kheench laati hai – wahi hai AL AZEEM DHABA. Yahaan sirf khana nahi banta, balki har dish ek kahani ke saath tayar hoti hai. Mutton nihari ki dheemi aag par p**i hui shorba-bharpur daal, tandoor se nikalti roti ki garmaahat, aur masalon ki woh khushbu jo dil tak utar jaati hai – sab mil kar aisa anubhav dete hain jo sirf plate mein nahi, yaadon mein bhi basa rehta hai.

AL AZEEM DHABA ko khaas banata hai iska honest cooking style – bina short-cuts, bina compromise. Yahan ka chef khud ko sirf bawarchi nahi, balke “zaike ka sipahi” manta hai jo har bite mein asli Mughlayi dastoor uthakar laata hai. Har Friday ko tayar hone wali khas Mutton Nihari, Sunday ki shaandar Mutton Bhuna, aur lajawab Lahori Tawa Chicken – aisi delicacies Chandigarh mein kahin aur milna mushkil hai.
