You’re probably wondering about the name.... wondering if you hate it or if it is the best, most ingenious name for a fabulous cafe! Well, luckily I settled on the latter. Girl in the Cafe, I would tell you all about it in a nutshell, but like us girls, this too packs in way more than fits in a nutshell, but I shall try....

te in my first cafe. The address was tricky but one look at the gorgeous giant trees off the balcony and I was hooked.The Second Floor had become my happy place.The sunshine ,the trees,the feeling of a time warp, all did me in.Dont worry for those who are stair phobiac; we have two elevators! :)

Girl in the Cafe is much more than a cafe with great food and desserts (which it is!) it is a cafe with a full service bar! And if you like to kick back with a caprioshka pitcher at lunch,who are we to stand between that??!!! Did I mention we have great food? Fresh Sea Bass fillet baked with a thyme and rosemary butter, Walnut and Goats cheese salad with Cranberries, Skinny crust pizzas and finish with decadent homemade pies (yes,we have apple & peach cobbler and banoffee too!)

Oh but wait! I didnt tell you about the best part....remember that balcony,well you can enjoy your pizza and sangria right there too,humming to great music and thanking Lord for the good ol' outdoors! We girls are picky about where we go and so located in Sector 17, main plaza, GITC is perfect for a lunch with friends, a shopping break or even just coffee on the go and we have a valet service to keep the parking woes at bay. At GITC,we dont do tiny,that is why you will find no skimpy servings, plenty of legroom (we seat a 100!) and giant cocktail pitchers. Expect to find the notion of a cafe forever kicked out of your brain and replaced by Girl in the Cafe! Did I mention the men are welcome too?(Just so long as they play by our rules :D)
