During the uncertainty of the pandemic, when daily life had come to a standstill and countless livelihoods were under pressure, we came across a local butcher struggling to survive. What started as a simple act of support—purchasing livestock and distributing fresh meat among friends and family—slowly revealed a larger reality: people were searching for fresh, trustworthy, hygienically handled non-vegetarian products, yet access to genuine quality remained limited.
That realization became the foundation of Hilsa Organic.
Founded by Shiladitya Bagchi, Hilsa Organic was built with a clear vision—to redefine the way people experience seafood and meat by placing freshness, transparency, hygiene, and trust above everything else.
