Dealing with difficult customers is a rite of passage for every restaurant owner, but it doesn't make it any less frustrating—especially when you pride yourself on your kitchen's integrity.

Running a cloud kitchen isn't just about cooking; it’s about trust. Today at Biryani Adda 24x7, that trust was tested by a very confusing situation.
We take our preparation seriously—our Egg Biryani and Chicken Biryani are cooked in entirely separate batches to maintain quality and dietary preferences. Today, we received an order for 6 Egg Biryanis. After delivery, things took a strange turn.
Despite our efforts to guide the customer through the proper Swiggy cancellation channels, we were met with threats to "spoil our name" on social media with claims of cross-contamination.

We have a few questions for our community:

1️⃣ If a customer only wanted 3 portions, why wait until the order is delivered to try and cancel? You do get an option to cancel your order in the first 4 mins if you ordered wrongly.

2️⃣ If there was a genuine issue with the food, why bypass official support and resort to personal threats?

3️⃣ Why cancel only the 3 "extra" portions instead of the whole order if the quality was truly compromised?

We stand by our food and our process. To our loyal patrons: thank you for knowing the heart we put into our kitchen.
