Ney Pathal / Ney Pathiri -- This bread hails from the Coastal Malabar Region of Kerala; they are a form of Deep Fried Rice Flour Bread or you can even call these as Rice Flour Pooris. They are best paired with any meat or fish gravies

Palada, the king of payasam is now available on Swiggy and Zomato or order directly via our website www.malabarbaycaterers.com/order and Dunzo it.

Unlike from ready-made rice flakes , we prepare our own ada for each batch from raw rice with bran ( unakkalari) which is soaked , grounded , flattened,rolled and cooked in plantain leaves .

Later the payasam is made with milk , rice chips and sugar for long 4 hours in simmer to get a creamy pink consistency of the palada shown in image above .
