Bros’ sits in Lecce, in the heart of Salento (Southern Italy), a region that has shaped Chef Floriano Pellegrino from the very beginning.

His parents ran an agriturismo in Scorrano, where food, family and work were closely tied. Floriano grew up cooking alongside his brothers, long before that instinct became the foundation of a career recognised with Three Knives at The Best Chef Awards.

At FarmLore, that history meets a new setting. Over 11 courses, the menu will bring traces of Salento into conversation with the way Chef Johnson Ebenezer and the team cook here.
