PRESENTING THE NEXT NIGHT SHIFT.

This Tuesday, a couple of Goa locals come home.

After spending the last few months cooking and pouring at Roc-A-Coe in Chennai, Aniket Aniket Aswale and Chef Adrial Adrial Branco come with an East Meets West Coast menu inspired by the flavours they’ve picked up.

Think a Narthangai Chilli Picante, Cauli Ghee Roast at the other, and a Ross Omelette reimagined through an East Coast lens somewhere in between.

As our ode to Goa, we thought we’d invite someone who has spent years carrying its sound across the world.

Joining us is Elvis Lobo , guitarist, composer and producer — whose music bridges Latin, jazz, flamenco, Indian classical and electronic influences. Having performed across 25+ countries and at some of the world’s leading music festivals, he remains one of the voices shaping Goa’s rich and evolving musical identity.
