Our selection of Asian dishes at Nova covers our take on classic Thai, Japanese and Malay cusine. Did you know we have an amazing variety of food, from our Galangal Soy Snapper with jasmine rice and our Chicken Katsu, plus our Green Curry, that comes in vegetarian, prawn and chicken. Also another favorite is the warm and soupy Penang Curry Noddle bowl.
