Budvar, Part 3: “The toughest business trip ever.” 🍺

People think brewery tours are all fun and games.

What they don’t tell you is that every few minutes someone pours you another fresh one… and at some point saying “no” just feels disrespectful.

We took our job very seriously. 😌

More episodes are coming, and the full 7-minute brewery tour is already waiting for you on our YouTube (link in bio).

📍Can’t make it to Czechia? Come experience a little piece of it at Little Prague.

Admit it: you still order beer "without foam" and think dark beer gets you drunker faster, don't you? 🤡🍺

Stop embarrassing yourself in front of bartenders and repeating internet myths to your friends. We picked 5 of the biggest beer myths only total amateurs still believe — and crushed them.

Here’s the truth before you embarrass yourself again:

1. "Dark beer is super heavy and strong."

False. Color comes from roasted malt, not alcohol content, you genius. A dark pint of Guinness has 4.2% ABV — literally fewer calories than a glass of orange juice. Meanwhile, a pale Belgian blonde ale will happily slap you with 12% ABV and steal your wallet. Stop judging beer by its color.

2. "Light beer and lager are the exact same thing."

No. Lager is a bottom-fermentation technique, not a color category. A lager can be pitch-black (like Czech Tmavé). And an ale can be paler than your face on a Sunday morning after a bender. If you conflate fermentation methods with color, stick to water.

3. "Beer foam is just the bartender ripping me off."

If your pint has no foam, you’re drinking a dead beverage. Foam acts as a blanket: it locks in aroma, stops oxidation, and releases excess CO₂ so your stomach doesn't look like an inflated balloon. No foam = no flavor and a bloated gut. Respect the pour.

4. "Citrus or pine flavors mean it’s full of artificial chemicals."

Chill out, organic police. Complex notes of grapefruit, mango, or resin come directly from specific hop varieties and yeast strains during brewing. Nobody is dumping flavor powders into your glass. It’s pure natural plant magic.

5. "Czechs and Germans drink beer the exact same way."

Say that in Prague and you might get kicked out. German beer culture is Oktoberfest, giant boots, and sausages. Czech culture is built on decoction mashing, maximum drinkability (pitelnost), and obsessively perfecting the wet-foam pour. They are not the same.

Everything above is 100% facts.

If you’re in Israel, get your ass to the real Little Prague in Tel Aviv (Allenby St 56). We’ll pour you a flawless Czech pint with rich, velvety foam, fix your beer education, and prove every word.

If you’re not in Israel, but lucky enough to be in Czechia — just walk into the nearest pub. You’ll see all these myths collapse in real-time.

Either way, stop drinking dead beer.

Budvar, Part 2: “What is there to do in Prague?” 🤡🍺

If your travel plan for Prague is staring at old astronomical clocks and taking photos with statues, you’re technically doing it right... but it could be SO much better. Me and the boys? We went straight to the Budvar brewery to chug fresh beer from the source, because we actually have our priorities straight.

This is Episode 2. If you missed Episode 1, scroll down, it won’t kill you. And if your brain is still capable of holding attention for more than 15 seconds, the full 7-minute uncut madness is waiting on our YouTube channel (link in bio).

«Зачем пить пиво, если оно не разрушает семьи?» — с этой фразы началось моё утро на заводе Budvar😏

Основные впечатления на фотках, листайте➡️➡️➡️

Итак, почему сами чехи постоянно хейтят Budvar?
