STK, A global biotech leading company in its field, is aiming to improve the crop protection across the world by reducing the chemical footprint and allow farmers to produce better and healthier food.
We are seeking a Global IT Manager to work in a dynamic, multicultural and innovative environment.
The position is suitable only for candidates with an applicative background and experience with global implementation of SAP B1 system, BI systems (Qlik Sense) and Monday hands on background.

Key responsibilities:
• Leading and managing Global implementation of SAP B1 (ver 9.3) in approximately ten countries, together with local SAP partners.
• Making sure that the system answers the global organization’s needs. Helping the users to communicate with the SAP local support team.
• Leading, managing and implementing Global R&D Product Life cycle (PLC) system on ‘Monday’.
• Learning the organization's needs, plan the implementation that will address those requirements together with the expert users.
• Management of the Information and Technology (IT) Systems Department Including: set multi years’ work plan, annual budget and working procedures.
The Global IT Manager reports directly to the COO.
Knowledge and experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on significant experience in implementation of a global ERP system, SAP B1.
• Familiarity with business processes: inventory, procurement, sales, finance and budget, R&D
• Familiarity with Monday - an advantage
• Familiarity with the Qlik View system or other BI systems - an advantage
• SQL Query writing capabilities – an advantage
• Knowledge in SharePoint - an advantage

Skills and capabilities
• Hands on
• Hard working
• Service oriented
• Ability to work with end users at various levels and departments in the organization in Israel and abroad.
• The position requires international travel as needed.
• Fluent in English – a must
• Spanish or Portuguese - a significant advantage
