This is our second consecutive year sourcing this SL-28 from Alexander and Magali Delgado at Finca El Venado, part of the family-run Cerro San Luis Micromill in Costa Rica’s West Valley.

The coffee is processed as a yellow honey—depulped, then dried with part of the fruit’s mucilage intact.

Sweet and structured, with red fruit, sugarcane and an oolong-like finish. Perfect for filter extractions and modern espresso.

Ayla Bombe is produced by smallholder farmers delivering ripe cherry to the Ayla Bombe Washing Station in Bombe, Sidama.

Around 375 nearby farmers cultivate Ethiopian landrace varieties at approximately 2,000 metres above sea level.

Processed as a natural, this coffee is soft and layered, with berry, dried fruit and brown-sugar sweetness.
