Have you tried the Popeye? With creamy spinach , mirror egg, emmental… The savoyarde: roasted potatoes, reblochon cheese or raclette cheese , caramelised onions and smoked ham… those 2 tried them and I guess they really appreciated!

Our panned potatoes are cooked in duck fat for a pure, clean flavour that doesn’t taste of duck but has a distinctly richer flavour than oil and crispier crust.
