“It’s fantastic,” enthuses Val Murphy “The farm provides us with Redmond Farm Irish Angus beef. Dry aged using traditional methods, the taste and flavour is outstanding. We also get freshly harvested vegetables, including Irish potatoes, grown without pesticides. It wouldn’t be uncommon for me to ring up asking for salad leaves and to have them delivered fresh from the ground and onto the plate within the hour.”
