It’s been five years here in Ireland, and a few more working across different coffee shops around this beautiful island.

About a year and a bit ago, I decided to take the risk and open my own place. I started with a beautiful horse trailer once known as 505 and I’ll always be incredibly grateful to the previous owner for giving me that opportunity. That was my beginning… and what a beginning it was.

Thanks to my amazing customers, my energy, and my staff, I kept pushing forward. Through long days, days closed because of weather or problems, working non stop, dealing with suppliers, handling everything in a different language, it hasn’t been easy. Not even close. But I always face every challenge with a smile on my face.

Step by step, I managed to get my new container, something I’m truly proud of.

I honestly have nothing but gratitude for the incredible people who crossed my path along the way. From Dublin to Wexford, I’ve met people who supported me in ways I can’t even put into words.

Being an entrepreneur in a different country, in a different language… it’s not easy.

Those who know me know I always try to give my best and never compromise on quality. I truly hope I’ve never let you down, I’ve just been doing my best, day in, day out.

From Sunday to Sunday, we are here for you to keep you warm on cold mornings, give you that needed energy boost, and even be a friendly ear- even if it’s just for those 45 seconds while your coffee is being made ☕

You can always count on to bring you a bit of comfort 🩷
