Just ask for the “BBBB”. It’s short for the Bill Badbody Beef Brisket. The guys in the will know what you’re on about. Technically I named it after myself but they’ll know. Except a couple of the staff who obviously aren’t up to speed yet. Namely Denis. I’m sure they’ll brief him and all the newbies soon enough. I think BBBB has a lovely ring to it. It would look great on a big sign outside. Signature sandwiches sell a lot more than normal ones I heard. Anyway, always nice to have a sandwich named after you.
