Fresh off the roaster: Kenya 🇰🇪 A vibrant cup layered with notes of cola, fruit scone and blackberry jam.

This exceptional microlot from the Kainamui washing station immediately caught our attention with its vibrant acidity and juicy fruit character. Distinctive notes of cola lead into the buttery sweetness of a fruit scone, followed by juicy blackberry and a lingering, fruit-filled finish. In the cup, expect a lively, sparkling acidity balanced by comforting sweetness.
Complex yet approachable, this is a coffee that rewards slow brewing and careful attention. Grown by smallholder farmers in Kirinyaga County, this coffee benefits from rich volcanic soils, abundant rivers, and ideal growing conditions.

We buy our popular Serra do Cigano direct from the farmers who grow it in Brazil. We then roast it on an organic family farm in Sligo. And then we post it to you.

This short chain increases transparency, ensures the growers get paid a fair price and allows us to offer it at a fair price. Win-win all round.

It’s back! La Villa from Colombia was a standout favourite for many of you last year, so we’re delighted to have it back. Expect pronounced notes of Turkish delight (rose water), lemongrass and cloves 🌹

Using an innovative ‘double fermentation’ technique, grower Juan Dario has added even more intensity to these already-delicious gesha beans. The process involves hand-picking ripe coffee cherries which then undergo a 24-hour fermentation in steel tanks before the skins and mucilage are removed. The collected mucilage is fermented with yeast and then added back to the coffee beans for a second anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours, before washing and drying. A laborious process but one producing excellent results!

Presented in a 150g reusable (thanks to its cap), fully recyclable food-grade can.

New organic coffee 🌱 Lima is smooth and sweet, with notes of praline, brown sugar & poached pear.

Its quality reflects the skill and dedication of Rony Lavan, president of the Lima Coffee co-op, who has spent his career championing small producers and pushing for better, more expressive coffees across Peru.
•
The beans in this lot were grown by smallholder farmers in Cajamarca, a semi-dry, semi-cold, tropical region in the Andean mountains with very fertile soil. Excellent conditions for producing coffees of depth and character.

Launching today - one very special coffee from Finca Zarza 🚀

This competition coffee’s distinctive character is no accident. It is the result of exceptional growing conditions at Zarza Farm, the outstanding genetics of the Pacamara trees, and the Gasca family’s long history of coffee cultivation combined with their embrace of advanced processing techniques developed in this region of Colombia.
•
This lot was sourced from our friends , and used by Alexander Lehane in the 2026 Irish Brewers Cup. Coffee from the same farm was used by Jack Simpson to win the 2025 World Barista Championship.
•
For this lot, the coffee cherries were rested for 48 hours, then placed in sealed containers for extended anaerobic fermentation before being stabilised in temperature-controlled water baths, followed by sun-drying and final milling.
•
The result is a beautifully sweet, fruit-forward coffee with layered notes of juicy berries and cherry, unfolding into a wave of dark chocolate and finishing with exceptional length.
