Starters
Sun blushed tomato and black olive soup with parmesan croutons.
Seafood medley with a creamy lemon and dill sauce with crisp bruschetta bread.
Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham with hollandaise sauce.
Chicken liver parfait.
Smoked chicken salad .
Oven baked Portobello mushrooms served with scrambled egg, smoked salmon and chive.
Fresh honey baked figs with tossed organic leaves and toasted almonds.
Main course (all main courses served with seasonal vegetables or salad and hand cut chips)
Rack of pork with spiced cinnamon apple and candied red cabbage in a port red wine jus.
6oz Minute steak with French fried onions, grilled tomato, and button mushrooms served with garlic butter or pepper sauce.
