All our fish is prepared daily on the premises. We source our fresh fish from Greencastle and Killybegs. We only use fresh potatoes, which are chipped daily.

Another fine batch of 48hr naturally leavened dough ready for some delicious pizza 🍕 here at OCRAS.

A new addition to the dough blend this week is a new flour from manna heritage mill. An organic wheat for a more enhanced nutty and robust flavor.🍕thanks to mannaheritagemill for this fantastic new flour.🙏😉🍕😍👌.

Very tasty Italian sub with the finest of ingredients yes it’s chicken parmigiana 😍.
Why not give it a try for something a little different.

Joes chicken Caesar sandough is also available as a special,went down really well last month on the menu.
