- Our fish is prepared daily on the premises
- All of our fish comes from local managed sustainable stocks with traceable provenance
- We use only fresh potatoes, sourced locally, which are peeled and chipped everyday on the premises
- We use a thick cut chip for a lower absorbency of oil to provide a much healthier product
- All of our meat is sourced from a local butcher and traceable back to the farm
- We use only 100% Irish chicken
- Our food contains no additives or preservatives
