We bake wondrous cakes, pastries, tarts and other treats, and serve them in our friendly cafés in Midleton and Ballincollig. We're at Mahon Point Farmers' Market on Thursday mornings and Midleton Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings.

Meet Chris, one of our fantastic delivery drivers! 🚐🧁🥪

While most of us are still hitting snooze, Chris is already on the road making sure all your favourite freshly baked goodies and sandwiches make it safely from our Midleton bakery to our four locations.

Always positive, reliable and willing to lend a hand, Chris is a valued member of the team who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Whether it’s trays of cupcakes, online cake orders, sandwiches or sweet treats, there’s a good chance Chris had a hand in getting them to your local Bitesize!

It’s Saturday, which means Susana has been busy finding new ways to make us all forget our good intentions 😏☕️

This Week’s Susana Special:

✨Pastel de Nata Iced Latte ✨

Inspired by the iconic Portuguese custard tart, this special tastes like sipping a coffee alongside a freshly baked pastel de nata… except we’ve conveniently put it all into one cup.

Made with espresso, condensed milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and a hint of cinnamon for that sweet, creamy, pastry-shop flavour we can’t get enough of.

And if iced isn’t your thing, we can make it hot too.

✨ Cei ✨

Cei is the newest member of the bakery team and a talented pastry chef who loves creating delicious treats. Those lemon drizzle cakes, coffee cakes and bread & butter pudding specials you’ve been seeing recently? Yep, they’re all Cei’s work 🍰✨

A pleasure to work with, Cei has slotted into the Bitesize family so naturally that it feels like she’s always been part of the team. Her creativity, enthusiasm and passion for baking shine through in everything she makes, and we can’t wait to see many more tasty creations coming out of the kitchen.

It’s Saturday, which means Susana has picked this week’s special… and this one proves that sometimes the classics are classics for a reason ☕️😏

✨ Spanish Latte ✨

Rich espresso combined with silky milk and sweet, thick condensed milk for a smooth, creamy coffee with just the right amount of caramel-like sweetness.

It’s indulgent without being over the top, sweet without forgetting it’s a coffee, and somehow manages to disappear from the cup far quicker than expected.

Enjoy it hot or iced, we’re not about to tell you how to live your life.
