Many of you probably already know Ellie — one of those people who can walk into a room and instantly make it feel a little brighter. ✨🧡
If you haven’t met her yet, let me introduce you to one of our wonderful baristas, deli team members and front-of-house stars. Ellie is our real all-rounder — she somehow manages to do a bit of everything, always with a smile on her face and plenty of positive energy. ☺️
What we love most about Ellie is simply the way she treats people. She is always so warm and friendly with our customers, and she brings the same kindness and good humour to the team. She has a lovely way of making people feel welcome, and we’re very lucky to have her with us. 🤩
Ellie Williams , thank you for everything you do and for being such a special part of our team. We really appreciate you! 🧡
And a big thank you to Rhona, Fergal and The Smooth Company for organising such a lovely gift for Ellie to show our appreciation for all her hard work. It was such a thoughtful gesture! 🎁🧡
