We are currently hiring: Potato Prep / Chip Cutter Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join our back-of-house team at Luigi's.

This role involves preparing potatoes for daily service, including peeling, cutting chips, lifting sacks of potatoes, cleaning work areas, and assisting with general kitchen prep.

This is a physically demanding role and would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work at a steady pace, and is comfortable with manual tasks.

Duties include:

• Peeling and cutting potatoes
• Handling and lifting potato sacks
• Keeping prep areas clean and organised
• Supporting kitchen staff as needed & processing deliveries

Ideal candidate:

• Strong work ethic
• Punctual and dependable
• Able for physical/manual work
• Works well as part of a team
• Experience is a bonus but not essential
