With a combined experience of over 30 years in the catering industry, Brian and Clodagh have come together to offer their customers the best of their culinary skills for a dining experience they can enjoy at every visit. Brian has worked for many years all over Ireland taking all his knowledge and experience and using it to create his own style of mouth watering, tasty and much sought after dishes

. Brian’s ability to think outside the box and his personal approach with his customers to find what they enjoy has certainly stood to him in the industry. Clodagh has worked in the finest restaurants from Mississippi to Sydney. A qualified nutritionist along with her flair for cooking was bound to be a success in any kitchen. Clodagh cooks conscientiously when it comes to good food, always to the forefront is that food is fuel, of course taste is everything and she manages her recipes perfectly! This duo are a force to be reckoned with. The Orchard has landed the sweetest apple with these two!!
