I had two special guests in last week who created these two beautiful masterpieces. It brought me so much joy when I was presented them. So I am getting them framed to hang in my restaurant.

Happy Love Donegal Day.
Today is a celebration of all things Donegal and for me our food scene is everything. We have the most amazing food producers here in Donegal and I am very proud to use so many in my restaurant. Here is just a few shots of some of my many incredible producers in Donegal.

I hope wherever you are in the world that you will join me and celebrate our fantastic county. Up Donegal.

1 day to go until we reopen from our well earned rest.
My menu has had some new changes and I can’t wait to see what you think of my new dishes. I have been busy working with new local producers as well as my trusted producers to create these dishes.
We reopen tomorrow Friday from 5pm.

Well folks, we are going underground while everyone is getting back to normal after the summer and I would like to thank you all for making it such a great summer. I want to thank those who came from near and far and of course my amazing staff!

I’m closing for a few days to get some time off for the staff and I’ll be in the background working on some amazing new dishes that I’m going to add to the menu. Think comfort, autumn and a few more fantastic Donegal food producers will be gracing the pages of my menu!

Excited to share it with you when we return on the 10th of September. Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement and of course the craic!
