Join me on Saturday, 5th September at 11am in Vandeleur Garden & Visitor Centre, Kilrush, West Clare, for a morning of deep rest, relaxation and renewal as we immerse ourselves into an Autumn rest 🌹

Take 90 minutes to lie back, rest, reset, and receive. This is a beautiful invitation to you to do absolutely nothing!

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and your gorgeous open heart. No experience needed - just come as you are!

What to Expect:

Sink into deep stillness as the soothing vibrations of my voice, gongs, singing bowls, and other healing instruments guide you into a profoundly restorative space, leaving you refreshed and renewed - a lying down concert for your soul!
