Along Ireland’s west coast, some of the finest seafood in the world is landed daily, shaped by cold Atlantic waters and generations of local fishing tradition. Our Shellfish Tasting Platter at The Peregrine is a celebration of that produce, bringing together a carefully selected showcase of locally sourced Irish shellfish and seafood.

Each element is prepared with a technique chosen to enhance its natural character and flavour. Crab claws are slowly infused with garlic butter to enrich their sweetness, mussels are steamed in white wine and finished with herb crumb for depth and texture, while freshly shucked oysters are served ice cold to let the freshness of the Atlantic shine through.
