A floral custom cake starts with a choice of flavour, flower type then colour . When i am arranging composition I ensure that there are 3 things, Statement flower, texture flower and intricacy. Jane Austin and vintage roses, mini hydrangeas and eucalptus foliage. Vanilla sponge, 4 layers, raspberry jam and white choc ganache.
