Feeling so grateful after our charity pub quiz night in aid of Orbis Ireland — together we raised an amazing €1,860 for sight‑saving work in Ethiopia. Thank you to all who attended and/or donated.

Huge thank you to Paul, Harry and Grace, and all the incredible staff in Gilroy's Bar Enniscrone for hosting and supporting the night.

A big shout‑out to our prize sponsors: Igoe’s Butchers, Elf Town Dublin , The Pilot Bar and Mary Clarke at The Diamond Coast Hotel Enniscrone — your generosity made the night even more special.

It's scary... According to Mabs website "...the new measure on home-heating oil should reduce the cost of a 1,000-litre fill of kerosene by about €43."
But who the hell can afford a 1000L fill of heating oil.
Prices have gone from €470 to €845 for 500L but that wonderful carbon tax reduction will pear that back to ONLY €823.50 for 500L....until the next oil price increase! What the actual F !
