Irish Craft Beer scene with an emphasis upon the newer smaller brewers. Our menus are inspired by the
Scandanavian style of eating with an Irish twist. Keep updated with our plans and events: facebook:delarestaurant - twitter:delagalway - instagram:delarestaurant - www.dela.ie

Every Touchstone Golden Beet in this bottle was sown and transplanted on our farm. From there Claudio Schiano Di Cola, took over — watering, weeding, harvesting, prepping, cooking and finally preserving the crop into this Golden Beet Ketchup.

That’s it.

Between seed and bottle, these beets were touched by just two people: the farmer who established the crop and the chef who nurtured it through the season before transforming it into something that can be enjoyed long after the harvest is over.

No wholesalers, no processors, no distributors, no factory production line. Just a direct connection between the field and the kitchen.

It’s a rare thing to know the complete story of a product. We know where every beet came from because we planted it ourselves. We know how it was cared for because we tended it ourselves. We know how it was prepared because we made it ourselves.

Our Touchstone Golden Beet Ketchup is more than a condiment; it’s the result of months of work, from sowing seed in the nursery to preserving the harvest at its peak.

A true farm-to-fork product, created entirely on site by the people who grew it and cooked it.

Farm to Fricken Fork. 🌱💛
