What could Dรฉise Drinks bring to your menu? ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

For chefs and restaurateurs, locally produced drinks can offer much more than something to simply serve alongside a dish.

Working with Executive Chef Greg, the Dรฉise Drinks producers explored different ways Irish Legacy Cider, Blackwater Gin and Dungarvan Brewing can become part of the menu โ€” incorporated into dishes, paired with food and used creatively behind the bar, including this Strawberry Collins.

Cook with them. Pair with them. Pour them.

Three independent Co. Waterford producers. Plenty of possibilities for your menu.

If you're a chef, restaurateur or hospitality business interested in bringing more locally produced food and drink experiences to your customers, we'd love to hear from you.

This week, Dรฉise Drinks had the opportunity to bring Irish Legacy Cider, Blackwater Distillery and Dungarvan Brewing Company together at SETU for the EU Organic Ambassadors Event, introducing guests from across Europe to a taste of whatโ€™s being produced here in the Dรฉise.

From the Dรฉise to Europe ๐ŸŒฟ

A fantastic day at SETUโ€™s Tourism & Leisure Building for the EU Organic Ambassadors Event, bringing together ambassadors from across Europe to celebrate organic production, sustainability and the incredible quality of food and drink being produced here in Ireland.

Dรฉise Drinks was delighted to be invited along, offering guests the opportunity to sample drinks from our independent Co. Waterford producers and discover a little more about the people, places and stories behind every pour.

Alongside a 100% organic Farm to Plate menu showcasing producers from across the South East, it was a brilliant opportunity to see local food and drink take centre stage in front of an international audience.

Proudly produced in the Dรฉise. Shared with Europe.
