๐ŸŠ When one whole orange becomes two completely different chocolate creationsโ€ฆ

This time, we didnโ€™t want to waste a single part of the orange. โค๏ธ

We turned the peels into Orangettes โ€“ candied orange peels, which we then used with our own handmade dark chocolate. ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿซ

First, we carefully washed the oranges and soaked them in water with a few tablespoons of baking soda. The peels were cut into strips, blanched several times, and then slowly candied in syrup until they became soft, translucent and beautifully infused with an intense orange flavour.

After drying came our handmade dark chocolate and those delicious candied orange peels. โœจ

And the freshly squeezed orange juice? That became something completely different โ€“ orange milk caramel. ๐Ÿงก

We slowly reduced the juice until it became a concentrated burst of orange flavour. We then blended it into our creamy milk caramel, creating a smooth, buttery caramel with a beautiful natural citrus note.

The peel โ€“ into our dark chocolate.
The juice โ€“ into our milk caramel.
One orange โ€“ two completely different flavours. ๐ŸŠ

And honestly, these are the experiments we love most โ€“ taking a simple ingredient and turning it into something completely unexpected. โค๏ธ

๐Ÿซ For all the white chocolate lovers!

We wanted to create something not only delicious, but also packed with beautiful natural ingredients. โœจ

๐Ÿค White chocolate
๐Ÿˆ Freeze-dried figs โ€“ a great source of fibre, along with calcium, magnesium and potassium.
โค๏ธ Freeze-dried redcurrants โ€“ naturally rich in fibre, pectin and vitamin C.
๐ŸŒฐ Roasted hazelnuts โ€“ a source of healthy fats, fibre, vitamin E, magnesium and other minerals.

During the process of freeze-drying only water is removed from the fruit, while all beneficial substances remain maximally concentrated.โ„๏ธ

A creamy white chocolate base, fruity freshness, a little crunch and plenty of hazelnuts on top. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Delicious, colourful and full of goodness in every bite. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿซโœจ
