EVENT MENU IN DRUNKEN FISH 🎣🇰🇷
Available this Wednesday 27/05 from 1pm-5pm
Seollangtang is a traditional Korea soup made from boiling ox and beef bones for hours and hours usually up to 24 hours until all the nutrients are extracted from the bones and into the soup.

It’s a collagen rich meal served with rice and noodles and beef brisket slices. It is so delicious and hearty and perfect for a lunch time meal!

Available tomorrow, from 12:30-16:30 (21/05)
Galbi tang(beef rib soup) served with sweet potato noodles and radish. Served with sliced egg and scallions as garnishing and a side dish of pickled radish, kimchi and pickled green chillies!

We simmer the beef ribs for hours until the meat is ready and the some of the beef bones are removed and continued to boil until all the nutrients can be extracted from them. A super gut healthy meal and high protein. This is a process which takes a whole day so it is made with love ❤️
