it will be nice if he will stop telling lies to his followers and customers . Is not a fake account is my personal business account if you fool at the name its giving you details S&C gastronomy delight.
Unfortunately the Facebook policy is that you cannot change the name Of the page 60 days after your change it once
One the 60 days passes I will be changing the name . . And my business address is still Purcells until. We will have a definite court decision .

Ok !!!!!

It’s been a while I was on this fb page and I do apologise that I didn’t answer your messages…
I think now is time that I should come out and tell yous the truth about what happened at Purcells!!!!!
First of all thank you for all support and nice kind words about the dining experience that you had while I was the chef there
But as you all know I put all my heart and time into that kitchen working day and night
From the time I took over the kitchen I started to be lied to and caught into trap that Mr Marck played me .

I was told that I will have floor staff if I take over the kitchen supplied by him .

I was told that I will have my takings given at the end of the day Pryor a x read .

I was told I have a contract for 6 years for the kitchen.

Nothing of this happened unfortunately

I was robbed and lied to from every single angle possible .

Let’s start with stock being taken from the kitchen while I wasn’t there and when I was asking bar staff why they do it they will answer that Marck told them .

Charging me for bills that they didn’t belong to me they belong to the pub . Not the kitchen .
Charging me for people that they weren’t working in the kitchen.

Not paying me on time and leaving me short on my takings sometimes could wait even weeks.

I think is time that people know what they dealing with.

I’ve had complaints from consumers that he was overcharging them and adding drinks that they would not order on the bills.

And I know for a fact because he was telling me he has done it.i. Never agreed with that.

Always leaving the pub in to a mess at night and I couldn’t open the kitchen on time because he was keeping the place open this 4 or 5 am .

Very bad verbal abouse behaviour about the staff and everyone in the place even telling some staff that he knows we’re the live and …… you can imagine .

Will all this happening I got scammed whit about 10k in cash which I invested

Over 3k in stock that I owe suppliers
And he still owes me around 2 k for my last 2 days take that I never got .

Now everybody knows the real story and the truth that happened there.

Next step is news paper that the all country will c how some people take advantage of others hard work
and hope that next person that goes in that place won’t happen what happened to me .
He will be brought to court as well by my solicitor
