Slow-simmered basmati rice folded into a velvety saffron-infused milk reduction, enriched with ripe Alphonso mango purée. Finished with fresh mango, passion fruit pearls, toasted pistachio and almond crumble, and delicate edible flowers. A perfect balance of nostalgia and elegance—creamy, fragrant, and vibrant.
