We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Lead Barista to join our team. ✅

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making great coffee, delivering excellent customer service, and taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the café.

✨ What you'll do:
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Oversee daily café operations during your shifts
• Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders
• Prepare staff rotas and organise shift cover when required
• Ensure food displays are well stocked and presented throughout the day
• Train and support team members
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems

✨ We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has previous barista experience
✔ Speaks excellent English
✔ Has outstanding customer service skills
✔ Has a great eye for detail and takes pride in their work
✔ Is organised, reliable, and able to work independently
✔ Can prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively
✔ Is confident taking ownership and making decisions during a shift
✔ Is proactive and leads by example
