This weekend we’ve got a raspberry brioche on the counter! Vanilla crème diplomat and raspberry jam all inside a fluffy brioche.

Meet Peter!

Peter is a 2nd year student studying baking and pastry arts management TU Dublin. His passion for baking is really showing through and since only starting with us just 4 months ago, Peter is already a hands on member of the team. 🥖

Working in a job that complements your studies is such an added bonus! We’re hiring passionate bakers full time across multiple sections but if you’re going back to college soon and are looking for a role to slot in alongside your studies, Bread41 might be the next step.

Our final day in California

Our trip has come to an end and we were able finish the trip with spending some time Amanda from Jane the Bakery! It’s great seeing other concepts and the different layouts of the bakeries out here. We’re very lucky to have be able to come over and get some great inspiration 🫶🏼

Busy day, checked loads of places off the list! Artisanal goods by CAR was a stand out today, their pain au Chocolat is voted best in the city for a reason🗣️

Day 2 in California!

Pasadena was a firm favourite for us, the buildings, the bakeries, the art it’s a great spot to stop by if you’re around.

We had some stellar sandwiches in Bub & Grandmas and sure what is a sandwich without some great bread? Bub and Grandmas know what their doing when it comes to bread 🙂‍↕️
