We just had a new merch drop at Groundstate Coffee! You might have seen us wearing some of the merch while we waited for the main shipment 🚚 It’s finally dropped!!

Modeled in Tramore skatepark recently in the glorious sun, we have our signature holo tshirts, long sleeve tshirts, surf caps, and finn caps 🧢🧢

Refurb ✨💫

So we did a bit of a roastery refurb GROUNDSTΔTE COFFEE ROASTERS a bit of Feng Shui and made the roastery flow a bit easier. A lick of paint, lots of new shelving and a bit of reorganizing.

Flow 🏄‍♂️

This is how we flow mid-week at the roastery. We’ve done a little rejig of the roastery, to better deal with the volume of coffee we roast weekly, it’s been a busy year and it’s all go!

We get through the work flow with a few tunes, a few coffees and a bit of elbow grease 💪 That’s how we do it at Groundstate Coffee Roasters! (Especially on a Friday)!

Since we are at peak summer at the moment we reckon we need something to cool right down, so we’ve been experimenting and our head barista magic-ed up this Watermelon Matcha Splash; watermelon syrup, coconut water, ceremonial grade matcha on ice! 🧊

2026 🎆

Participated to our 3rd Dublin Coffee festival over the weekend where our full coffee offering was on display. Filter and espresso. Thanks for all who stopped by, we were flooded with coffee nerds the whole weekend!

Great event organised by lots to do and see including competitions, coffee talks, coffee cuppings coffee workshops and of course a taste of the fantastic Dublin Coffee scene in all its full glory!

Special shout out to whose designs were on display as holographic visuals.
