HATHA YOGA | Wednesdays, 7:30pm-8:30pm

This Hatha Yoga class offers a gentle yet powerful practice with an emphasis on stability and somatic awareness through alignment, intelligent effort, and breath-led movement. The pace is unrushed: you will take time to explore each shape in your own body, creating a mindful space where you can release tension, build strength, move with intention, and find stillness in a busy world.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS | Thursdays, 6:15pm-7:15pm (from June 18th)

This beginner/improver class is designed for those who wish to take their practice beyond introductory fundamentals and refine their understanding of alignment principles, build stamina and strength, and explore the relationship between breath and movement in more depth. The focus will be on anatomical awareness, moving mindfully between poses, and finding a rhythm that suits your body’s unique needs.
