Bushmills Wh***ey, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, cucumber and lemon, a combination that’s light, floral and a little unexpected.

Wild Mushroom Arancini + 14-Hour Cooked Irish Beef Cheek, paired with a glass of 2024 Care Garnacha + Syrah — €19.50 for the pair. No booking needed, just walk in.

🍽️ In Stack A Restaurant
A 3-course set dinner, each course matched with a w**e from Bodegas Care — €77pp. Available throughout the campaign by reservation.
