Open Daily, customers can pick up fresh baked breads, Scones, Cakes and Pastries in the morning. Fair Trade Coffee, Wall and Keogh Teas, salads and sandwiches through out the day. Chilled Soups, Pasta, Sauces, Start and Main Meals for cooking at home, along with our signature dessert range. We also have a dedicate cheese, wine and artisan beer section.

SynerChi Kombucha starts out with the same simple organic ingredients, fermented the traditional way.. Organic green sencha tea, organic golden cane sugar (for the SCOBY), filtered Donegal water and of course, the precious “Mother Culture” the SynerChi SCOBY

Kombucha contains several species of lactic acid bacteria that may have a probiotic function. Probiotics provide your gut with healthy bacteria. These bacteria may improve many aspects of health, including digestion, inflammation, and even weight loss.
