This Sunday 9th August, Joanne Gribbin from will be at noms Ashbourne talking about the gut-brain axis.

Joining us as part of the inaugural , Joanne will be giving free 15 minute talks at 1:00pm, 1:45pm, and 2:30pm at noms Ashbourne (Unit 8 Killegland Street).

The gut-brain axis is the two-way communication network that connects your gastrointestinal tract and your brain. It is the mechanism by which your digestive system can influence your mood, and how stress and emotions can affect digestion. Joanne will share some practical tips on how to improve your gut-brain axis for everyday health and long-term wellness.
