At Honest to are only trying to do a few things: serve good wholesome food, fast and at a reasonable price for eat in & take away. By making and baking our own breads, roasting our own meats and making as many of the other fillings as possible we know what we're serving is the best we can. During lunch we do get quit busy so if you phone your order in before 12.30 we can get it ready and send you on your way with little delay.

Today we are making our new pumpkin spice syrup at our cafe in Dublin. Fresh roasted pumpkin combined with our spiced apple syrup. Perfect for fall and yummy in hot or iced lattes, matchas, and chai. Come try it yourself in The Liberties!

We’ve recently added two new fall syrups to our menu as well as COLD FOAM!!!!!! At our cafe in Dublin. Spiced Apple and Pumpkin Spice are our latest cozy fall additions alongside our permanent favourites: caramelised banana of course, vanilla, caramel, and cardamom. All made in house with fresh, simple ingredients. Delicious in coffee, chai, and matcha. Come try them in the Liberties and let us know which one is your favourite in the comments!

We’ve been working on a Pumpkin Spice syrup at our cafe in Dublin, but Darragh had never even tried Pumpkin Spice, so for him to properly understand this cult-favourite flavor, we needed to go to the source of the craze: Starbucks. Here’s his thoughts and how we think ours compares. 🎃🍁🎃
